Shivam Chaudhary is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of IntelliLearn AI Private Limited, an Indian AI and deep-technology company incorporated in June 2026 and based in Sitapur, Uttar Pradesh. He works at the two ends of national infrastructure: how people learn, and how power reaches them. He leads development of both company platforms: MANAS, an adaptive learning platform being built into a new kind of education system, starting with competitive examinations; and GridMind, a grid-intelligence platform for electricity distribution, moving toward automated correction and independently verifiable energy savings.
Why these two
GridMind and MANAS look unrelated — one reads an electricity network, the other teaches a syllabus — but they are the same engineering problem approached twice. Each takes a large, messy, real-world record and turns it into something a person can act on with the evidence still attached: thirteen years of examination papers in one case, feeder and transformer data in the other.
Both are built so the system can show its working. GridMind is designed to say when the available data cannot justify a precise number, rather than present one that only looks authoritative. MANAS decides what to teach first from what the papers have actually asked, ranked by weight, rather than from an opinion about what matters. In both, a claim is expected to carry its source and its confidence.
What he is building toward
MANAS is not meant to end as examination preparation. The examination is where it starts because that syllabus is wide and its past papers are a dense public record of what really gets tested — a hard boundary to build the first knowledge base against. The intent is a new kind of education system: one where a concept raises the next question, answers are traced back to sources, and topics stay interconnected instead of filed in isolation. From there it extends to general and professional learning, to laboratories and practical work, to assessment that carries real weight, and to a route from what someone has learned to what they can be employed to do.
GridMind is not meant to end as monitoring. The direction is a distribution network that detects, corrects and certifies — automated response to faults and losses, and energy savings an independent party can verify rather than take on trust.
Both platforms are in development.

Products
GridMind →
An AI-powered operational intelligence platform for electricity distribution and power-grid systems — transformer health, fault detection, grid monitoring and evidence-based energy intelligence.
MANAS →
An adaptive learning platform for competitive exam preparation. It teaches along the syllabus and adapts to where the candidate actually is, starting with the UPSC Civil Services examination.
